We design and fabricate an extensive array of equipments that yield high performance and known for their durable quality. These products are applicable in various industries and serve a large client base in the global arena. Our products include: cold box core shooters, shell core shooters, sand blasting machines, sand preprations in the foundry equipments segment and fly-ash brick making machines ,interock brick making machines in the construction equipment segment.


Our products are made using high quality raw materials and are reliable & cost effective. Our team members understand the requirements of the industry and accordingly manufacture these equipments that are developed as per the required technical specifications.   

We have a well-equipped R & D department to develop the products to the fullest satisfaction of the customers. Our team of engineers keep themselves involved in the the frequent researches and also conduct tests and surveys to find out the performance of our products in the market. They also suggest new ways and come with ideas to upgrade our production standards. It is the result of our intensive R & D that we are able to carry our fabrication, fitting  and other processes efficiently and yield high productivity machines.

At DLE, quality control comes as a part and parcel of the production process. All materials, incoming in the process as well as outgoing products are tested and confirmed to concern standards and specifications at every stage. The machines undergo a number of quality check-ups that include:

•     Working efficiency
•     Dimensional accuracy
•     Finish of the products

Right from the procurement of various raw materials to the final production stage, all our products are carefully tested so that they conform to the international standards.

Designing The Products

We are making many designs by using CAD, CAM, CAE facilities and latest technologies. The different types of machineries are first designed using advanced software and them the prototypes of the products are prepared. Only when the products are approved on all the parameters of quality, durability and dimensions by the clients, the actual production processes is started.

We are empowered with a skilled and technically sound pool of hard working professionals. Aimed at offering high quality products to the clients, we carry all our processes in a well defined & coordinated manner. Working hard, we try to meet the wide requirements.

Our technical team has expertise in designing the different products using advanced technology. Our engineers also keep a strict vigil on all the processes so as to ensure that the products are accurately manufactured in different specific dimensions.

We have sound and well equipped infrastructural facilities.

Fabrication Shop:

Our fabrication shop is fully equiped with all kinds of metal cutting and welding machines like TIG welding, MIG welding etc in the fab shop ,having obtained the exact CAD drawing ,a rigid basic structure is made carefully and are finished with great accuracy and finish. The fab shop is maintained by eminent workers ,have consistently delivered high performance.

The Hydraulics Fittings Shop :

Our hydraulics dept. has a very good source of sub assemblies and each of its components are assembled under the supervision of experienced workers after passing a through QC.

The Pneumatics  Fittings Shop:

This being similar to the hydraulic Dept. is under the control of  one of the company’s partner who is well experienced in air engineering , is promised to deliver durability with stability.

Electrical Fittings Shop :

Under the guidance and leadership of   most experienced electrical engineers we have launched many novel methods in control system .All type of PLC controls are also used in making a control system for our products.

Paint Shop:

The paint shop is well equipped to give a very fine paint finish to the machineries that we manufacture. The paint shop is capable of giving a polished ,rough ,powder coat or a textured finish to the machines .

We are supported with our well knitted and strong transportation network that enables us to assist us in meeting the limited time frame. We also have tie-ups with some leading transport agencies who assist us in supplying the consignments on time. Our pool of product delivery managers and logistics personnel keep a track record of the amount of the products to be dispatched.

The equipments that emerge out of our industry are packed by various packing techniques so that there will not be any breakages during transport. Our products are packed in poly packs and are then packed in cartons and wooden boxes.

Our facilities include a large and well built warehouse that is capable of storing our wide range of equipments. Fitted with temperature controllers, this storage section keeps the products in proper conditions. This unit has various fire safety alarms and devices to avoid any theft or burglary.
